1. Ordering Policy

Orders may be placed in person, by phone or via WhatsApp at +91 87579 20459. An order is confirmed only when our team acknowledges it back to you with an estimated time.

2. Delivery Policy

We deliver across Narkatiaganj and nearby areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic or order volume. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the registered phone number reachable.

3. Refund & Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before food preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation is not possible. If your order arrives incorrect or in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery and we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Food Preparation Timings

Most dishes are prepared in 25–45 minutes. Biryani, tandoor and slow-cooked items may require additional time during peak hours (1–3 PM, 8–10 PM).

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses, declaring allergies in advance, and treating our staff and delivery partners with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive behaviour.

6. Payment Terms

We accept cash, UPI, and major cards on dine-in. Home delivery accepts cash on delivery and UPI. Prices listed on the menu are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
